A rare opportunity has now become available for a Customer Service & Sales Team Lead to join our team. Your proven leadership experience and passion for exceptional customer experience and sales will enable you to lead a dynamic team to great success. Your strong interpersonal skills will support you in establishing and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships whilst driving strategic outcomes. You will lead, motivate, engage, and develop team members by supporting and managing performance development, whilst ensuring exception service levels are met.

Hours and Learning
To be considered for this role you need to have the following availability:
- Start date - Monday the 2nd of March 2026 - Your team will work a shift rotational roster including every 5th weekend with shifts designated between the hours of 7.00am – 6.00pm. Your roster will be aligned to ensure your team are best supported.
- Available to work - from RACV Wodonga Regional Hub, 174 High St, Wodonga VIC 3689. Please note, that this role will require the successful incumbent to travel to our Noble Park or CBD headquarters on frequent occasions.
- Learning Program - availability between 9.00am-5.30pm Monday-Friday. We will set you up for success with a comprehensive 3-month learning program.
- Dedicated Support Model during Learning - Throughout your learning journey, you'll gain valuable skills in systems, our customer service & sales model, and product knowledge. With a dedicated support team by your side, you'll have everything you need to master our products and services with confidence.
