Our Roadside Assistance Contact Centre is responsible for delivering exceptional service to RACV Members when they need it most. It's our goal to keep people moving — whether someone is stranded on the side of the road or needs help at home.

Retail Stores


Work within a friendly and knowledgeable team helping customers with a variety of needs and queries in our retail stores across Victoria. You'll simultaneously promote our products and services including international driver licences, travel insurance, holiday packages, and more.
