A day in the life

Our therapists are responsible for ensuring a high level of service with all treatments performing a variety of treatments such as facial therapies, spa treatments and relaxation massage. You’ll assist our guest with queries and have and in-depth knowledge of all treatments and products. Additionally, you’ll assist with reception duties by answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments and booking in members and guests for appointments.

Our highly trained & professional Spa Therapists, are responsible for delivering great service and care to our guests, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. This is a casual position with your key responsibilities for the role including:

• Administer beauty therapies including facials, skin & body treatments, water therapy, remedial, relaxation & pregnancy massage, manicures and pedicures

• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and spa equipment

• Complete tasks and services within the time frames and to a high standard 

• Provide timely and courteous customer service, anticipating guest needs and resolving issues

• Maintain in depth knowledge of services, products and monitor stock levels

• Perform reception, admin & POS duties as required

• Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, eg working on your feet

• Maintain presentation and hygiene standards

What you’ll need to be successful

• Day spa or beauty industry experience, delivering quality spa treatments specialising in facials, skin & body treatments, massage, manicures and pedicures, essential
• Certificate 3 in Beauty Services or higher essential
• Working with Childre Check
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, maintaining a loyal clientele and actively selling products/services
• Work efficiently in a team environment and have the ability to use initiative, prioritise tasks and problem solve
• Professional grooming & personal presentation

We’re looking for…

• A Diploma in Beauty Therapy with a specific focus in providing spa treatments
• Day Spa experience specialising in facial/body treatments, massage, and general beauty services.
• Exceptional approach to customer service
• Ability to actively promote, sell and upgrade products & services
• Immaculate and professional grooming and presentation maintained at all times.
