About the Opportunity
An exciting part-time opportunity exists for a Night Auditor to join our team at RACV Torquay Resort.
The Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the property during overnight hours. This position is responsible for managing guest arrivals and departures, responding to enquiries and incidents, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for members, guests, and visitors.
In addition to front office responsibilities, the Night Auditor oversees end-of-day reporting, accounting procedures, and administrative tasks that support operational continuity and compliance.
This role has a fixed rotation with set days off with RDO's from Tuesday to Thursday.
- Friday & Saturday 7pm to 3am (limited flexibility)
- Sunday & Monday 11pm to 7am
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight operations, ensuring safety, security, and service standards.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and enquiries.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and care.
- Complete end-of-day reporting and accounting procedures.
- Conduct property checks and secure facilities per policy.
- Support and guide Front Office staff during overnight shifts.
- Resolve member feedback and maintain clear communication across departments.

What We’re Looking For
- First Aid Level 2, Defibrillation and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Current driver’s license.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service, ideally in hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage emergency situations.
- First Aid & Chief Fire Warden training will be required.
Due to the 7day/week nature of the operation, flexibility is required to assist with occasional unscheduled or on call duties and will require a presence on weekends.
