About the Role

As a Maintenance Officer, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep of RACV’s infrastructure, plant, and equipment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are safe, functional, and presented to a professional standard—minimizing disruptions and maximizing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventative maintenance across buildings, equipment, and fixtures
• Identify and schedule maintenance tasks proactively
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and RACV presentation standards
• Liaise with departments to meet guest and member needs
• Supervise contractors and support company-wide initiatives
• Contribute to team morale and operational improvements

What You’ll Bring

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

• Facility maintenance expertise
• Strong handyman skills (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical)
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with building management systems and property databases

A current driver’s license (essential)
