About the Opportunity 

We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to support the day‑to‑day operation of our food and beverage outlets and deliver exceptional service to RACV members, guests and visitors.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll work closely with the Outlet Manager to lead frontline teams, ensure high service standards, and contribute to a safe, welcoming and efficient dining experience across our diverse venues.

 

 Key responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Lead and support F&B Attendants during service, setting the standard for service excellence
  • Assist with daily outlet operations, including staffing, cash handling and end‑of‑day processes
  • Deliver high‑quality service across a la carte, buffet, function and event settings
  • Train, coach and provide feedback to team members
  • Manage customer enquiries, complaints and challenging situations with confidence
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, health, safety and RACV policies
  • Minimise wastage and support cost‑effective operations

 

What you’ll need to be successful 

 

  • Proven experience in a Food & Beverage team leader role (ideally within a hotel, resort or similar environment)
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service styles, wine and beverages
  • Excellent communication and people leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on service environment
  • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Flexibility to work across a 7‑day roster, including weekends
