About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to take the lead across our diverse and dynamic F&B operations, including multiple restaurants, stylish bars, in-room dining, lounges, and our premium conference and events spaces.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service at every touchpoint. You will oversee operations, mentor teams, drive service standards, and play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of our F&B offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective ‘hands on’ leadership and clear objectives to both teams and individuals through the creation of a safe, team orientated, challenging and motivating work environment to deliver high quality member services that provide value and benefit and achievement of corporate and workplace objectives.
- Direct and assist F&B Attendants to carry out the daily duties required to operate the outlet. • Conduct and lead recruitment initiatives.
- Provide induction and on the job training for F&B Attendants.
- Direct personal and technical development of individuals by assisting in all training programs and appropriate evaluation and reward for performance.
- Liaise between management, kitchens, conference and events sales, bar and staff to proactively prevent issues arising and effectively resolve issues as they occur.
- Lead by example with a commitment to best practice member service principles.
- Support Management to achieve F&B business plan objectives by identifying business development and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of agreed key performance indicators to track business performance.
- Oversee multiple outlet operations FOH.
- Maintain knowledge of, and deliver products and services to members, guests and visitors that are compliant with standard operating procedures, and which support the achievement of individual and team key performance indicators. This includes an awareness of overall property activities that provide opportunities to increase attendances and revenue.
- Promote a member, guest and visitor first culture to build and maintain trusted relationships and which differentiates the property from its competitors.

What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a team supervisor role, preferable within a 4-5-star resort or similar setting
- Previous experience in administering on the job training. This could be training qualifications or business-led training.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and develop internal and external networks.
- Ability to train other staff in outlet procedures.
- Promote morale and encourage teamwork.
- Solid understanding of automated POS system
- High level of personal initiative and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team where high standards, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Strong customer/member service ethic.
- Flexible work attitude and preparedness to work non-standard business hours to ensure that member, guest, and visitor needs are met.
- Due to the 7day/week nature of the operation, flexibility is required by the incumbent to assist with occasional unscheduled or on call duties and will require a presence on weekends.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
