About the Opportunity  

We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our professional team at our Torquay Resort.

You will be flexible, showcasing your warm hospitality and customer service skills in a 5 star resort environment.  Ensure high service standards, and contribute to a safe, welcoming and efficient dining experience across our diverse venues.

 

  Key responsibilities will include:  

 

  • Welcoming and seating guests
  • Taking orders and providing friendly table service
  • Serving food and beverages
  • Preparing and serving coffee
  • Setting and clearing tables
  • Processing orders and payments through the POS system
  • Supporting restaurant, bar, café and function service as required
  • Keeping service areas clean, organised and ready for our guests
  • Sharing your knowledge of menu and beverage options
  • Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams



 

What you’ll need to be successful  

 

  • Previous hospitality, food and beverage or customer service experience
  • A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using, or the ability to quickly learn, POS systems
  • An RSA certificate, or willingness to obtain one
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Full working rights in Australia. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
