About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a Fitness Centre Supervisor to support daily operations and contribute to member engagement, membership growth, and the delivery of a high‑quality fitness environment. This is a varied, hands‑on role involving classes, personal training, reception, and gym‑floor support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support member engagement, membership sales and service excellence.
• Assist in delivering group fitness classes, personal training and floor support.
• Maintain facility presentation, compliance, safety and daily operations.
• Support activity plans, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide support and guidance to the team.
• Contribute to a welcoming, energetic and member‑focused fitness environment.
• support the Assistant Manager to achieve commercial goals and grow the operation. 

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Level 2 First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy qualifications.
• Experience in classes, PT or fitness service delivery.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem‑solving capability.
• Ability to work flexibly across varied duties (classes, PT, reception, gym floor).
• Knowledge of exercise physiology and programming.
