A day in the life
As a Front Office Duty Manager you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the resort in the absence of the Heads of Departments (Front Office Manager). You’ll be a leader for all team members and provide excellent customer service, have strong conflict management skills and attend to guest and members needs in a friendly and professional manner.
Additionally, you will be working closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Restaurant and Bar Managers to deliver brand standard rooms, product and services while ensuring the safety and security of the resort and guests.
The position is a permanent 12 month full-time role. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands that will have varied shifts that include evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for

Previous experience in a leadership role overseeing diverse teams

A confident leader who has prior experience in mentoring and guiding a team to provide a memorable experience for guests

Strong computer skills especially in computer-based booking system, Opera knowledge is highly desired

Excellent administration and organisational skills.

A Team player who works well under pressure
