RACV Royal Pines Resort is entering an exciting new chapter, with significant resort development projects underway and the implementation of innovative guest-facing technologies.
Are you a natural leader who thrives when the rest of the world is asleep? We are seeking a professional and experienced Night Supervisor to oversee our Front Office overnight operations 10.30pm - 6.30am. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for the safety, security, and satisfaction of our guests while ensuring the successful completion of Night Audit processes and end-of-day reporting. As the senior operational leader onsite overnight, you'll be the first point of contact for guest needs, team support, and incident management, helping maintain the premium standards RACV is known for. Reporting to the Duty Manager on shift, your key responsibilities for the role include:
- Lead overnight Front Office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth resort operations
- Oversee Night Audit processes, including end-of-day rollovers, financial reconciliations, and reporting
- Manage guest arrivals, departures, reservations, enquiries, feedback, and service recovery
- Act as the first responder to guest, visitor, and property incidents, prioritising safety and security
- Conduct overnight property inspections and security checks to ensure compliance with resort procedures
- Support, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and collaborative culture
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Security and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience and maintain RACV's premium service standards
What you'll need to be successful
- Full availability and flexibility to work a rotating roster on the overnight shifts 10.30pm - 6.30am including weekday, weekends & public holidays

Supervisory or leadership experience in Front Office Reception, Guest Services or Night Audit within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment

Knowledge and understanding of hotel front office operations and guest service standards

Proficient admin skills and MS office applications, and experience with hotel PMS systems, Opera preferred

Sound financial reconciliation and reporting skills

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities

High level of initiative, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Hold valid RSA, First Aid & CPR certificates

Hold or be eligible to obtain a Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card
- Professional personal presentation
