About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Audit Supervisor to join our rooms division team. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the resort during the overnights 11pm-7am, checking in late arrivals ensuring a seamless guest experience, daily financial transactions, end of day reporting, assisting the outlets and departments with day-to-day activities, handling issues or emergencies and customer service is consistently delivered to a high standard.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include:
- Oversee the night audit process, ensuring accuracy of end of day processes, daily revenue, transactions, payments collected, security and reporting

Facilitate guest check ins & check outs and provide information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities
- Monitor, address and resolve overnight operational or guest issues and emergencies
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guests needs are met
- Conduct audits, identify improvements and implement
- Comply with policies, procedures and safety standards

What you'll need to be successful
- Previous night auditor experience & knowledge in a front office 4-5 star hotel/resort environment
- PMS experience, Opera preferred + Proficient in MS Office applications
- Understanding of financial processes, information & data
- Multi outlet night audit experience, with a high attention to detail, excellent administration and organisational skills
- Knowledge and understanding of emergency medical, evacuation, fire protection and security procedures
- First Aid + CPR certificate
- Current drivers licence
- RSA certificate
- Hold or ability to obtain a Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card
- Excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment
- Excellent personal presentation
