About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about golf, hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences? RACV Royal Pines is seeking a Golf & Sports Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our golf team.

As a Golf & Sports Team Leader, you will be an active ‘hands on’ leader, displaying a passion for golf and hospitality to deliver great customer service. Your key responsibilities include:
- Foster a positive team environment, to lead, train and motivate the golf team
- Lead by example with a commitment to excellence in guest services
- Support daily operations, improvements and assist to organise golf events
- Maintain equipment, oversee hire and stock checks
- Deliver consistent, courteous service and build trusted member relationships
- Drive golf carts on property and maintain a clean, presentable and safe work environment
What you’ll need to be successful
- Availability and flexibility to work a weekly rotating roster between 5am-7pm, including weekends & public holidays
- Understanding of a golf course environment with a knowledge of golf course operations, equipment, rules & etiquette
- Effective leadership experience in a customer facing environment
- Valid Drivers Licence, essential
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, essential
- Competent computer skills in Microsoft Office, MiClub, POS, EFTPOS
- Clear communication & interpersonal skills
- Effective operational and organisational skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Ability to perform physical duties and present with excellent grooming & personal presentation
