About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead a collection of nine outlets - restaurants, bars and dining experiences within one of the Gold Coast’s most iconic resort destinations. This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role - where you will curate elevated guest experiences, inspire high-performing teams and shape the future of a refined, multi-outlet operation delivering excellence at every touchpoint.

As Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance and long-term success of our outlets. Supported by a dedicated leadership team, you’ll deliver guest experiences while steering commercial performance and continuous improvement across the business. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Executive Manager, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Lead and develop large, diverse F&B teams across multiple outlets
  • Drive a high-performance, guest-first culture
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and quality delivery
  • Manage labour, costs and financial performance in line with budgets
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the guest experience
  • Implement training, succession planning and team development initiatives
  • Maintain effective stakeholder relationships internally and externally
  • Ensure compliance with service standards, safety and responsible service of alcohol

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Proven leadership experience in a multi-outlet, 4–5-star hotel or resort environment
  • Developed knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards and hospitality trends
  • Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting and performance targets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and inspire high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Confident and hands-on leader with the ability to manage fast-paced operations and resolve complex guest situations
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in POS systems, Microsoft Office applications, PMS Opera, reporting and process improvement
  • RSA certificate
  • Flexibility and availability to work a 7 day roster including evenings, weekends & public holidays
