About this opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Attendant, to join our professional team in Amici Restaurant, who deliver great dining experiences to our guests in a 5 star resort environment.

Amici Restaurant embraces the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean. Our food & beverage team deliver a polished high standard of customer service with a friendly, positive ‘can do’ attitude and a helpful approach. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting, interacting and obtaining feedback with guests

Presenting menu, providing detailed menu knowledge, explanation & taking orders
-
Communicating clearly with the kitchen
-
Food & beverage table service, set up & clearing of tables
-
Reconciliation the check/bill, POS & EFTPOS
What you’ll need to be successful
-
Food & beverage a la carte restaurant experience in a fine dining setting or hotel/resort environment
-
Availability & flexibility to work in multi-outlets on a 7 day rotating roster, 4pm - 9pm, evenings, weekends & public holidays

Current QLD RSA Certificate
-
Experience in a fast paced team environment, carrying 3 plates of food and a tray of drinks for table service

Beverage menu knowledge of wine varieties, beer, spirits & cocktails

POS & EFTPOS experience
-
Attention to detail, excellent communication skills & the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner with a desire to deliver a high standard of service

Excellent personal presentation
