About this opportunity
Are you passionate about hospitality service? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Food & Beverage Attendant, to join our professional F&B outlets team working in a variety of outlets, including Panorama & Hydrate, to deliver bar and beverage service. You will be flexible, showcasing your warm hospitality and customer service skills in a resort environment.

This role is ideal for someone with bar and beverage service skills who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service to guests. Our friendly food & beverage team deliver a high standard of customer service with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a helpful approach. Your key responsibilities will include:

Greet & interact with guests

Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and coffee
- Menu knowledge & explanation, order taking, table service, set and clear tables
- POS, Eftpos and cash handling
What you’ll need to be successful

Ability to work flexibly between 12pm-12am, including weekends and public holidays - rostered shift times are 12pm-8pm, 3pm-11pm & 4pm-12am

Previous experience in food and beverage service, with bar and beverage skills, in a 4-5 hotel/resort or similar environment
- Confident beverage and bar skills - bar set up, mixing drinks, cocktail preparation, beverage tray service, and coffee making

Excellent communication and customer service skills with attention to detail
- RSA Certificate

Proactive attitude and a team player who contributes positively to team culture and morale

Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent personal presentation
