About this opportunity
Are you passionate about hospitality service? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Food & Beverage Attendant, to join our professional outlets team working throughout a variety of dining outlets, including Kalinda breakfast buffet, Arika poolside dining or Panorama cafe. You will be flexible, showcasing your warm hospitality and customer service skills in a casual dining resort environment.

Our friendly food & beverage team deliver a high standard of customer service with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a helpful approach. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greet & interact with guests
- Take orders and table service
- Set and clear tables
- Menu knowledge & explanation
- Barista coffee making and beverage service
- POS, Eftpos and cash handling
Our team work a variety of shifts from 5am on a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Full availability and flexibility to work 3+ days per week is ideal.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Availability & flexibility to work from 5am, on a 7 day weekly rotating rostering including weekends & public holidays
- Food & beverage experience in a hotel/resort, golf club or similar environment
- Experience working in a busy fast-paced environment, table service carrying 3 plates of food and a tray of drinks
- Barista skills
- POS & EFTPOS experience
- Attention to detail, clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- QLD RSA Certificate, essential
- Excellent personal presentation
