About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to join our administration team. This key role supports the accounting and administrative functions of the property, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashiering and general administration.

Day to day, you will work closely with the resort departments, such as front office, golf & food & beverage outlets, to provide administration support, while contributing to providing exceptional service for our guests. Reporting to the Admin Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including receiving, coding, batching invoices and assisting with reconciliations
- Balance, record and bank daily takings, maintain accurate stock movements and assist with stocktakes and inventory management
- Identify, resolve or escalate accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial procedures, delegations and cash handling controls
- Maintain secure handling of monies on site, including access controls and adherence to accounting and audit requirements
- Provide general administrative support, including correspondence and office coordination
- Assist with system administration, including inventory management, membership databases, gift cards, vouchers and uniform ordering
What you’ll need to be successful
- Previous experience in an admin, accounts or bookkeeping position, with sound understanding of accounts receivable & payable processes
- Experience in a hotel/resort environment, desirable
- Confident computer skills in MS Office applications - excel, word & outlook
- SAP & Opera experience, desirable
- Attention to detail, analytical, numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well in a large team environment and are solutions focused
- Excellent personal presentation & professionalism
