About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working stewarding supervisor to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.
As a Stewarding Supervisor you will be part of the supervisor team that will help overseeing the kitchen stewards to ensure a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen is maintained at all times. Reporting to the Chief Steward, you will help guide the team to ensure that the requirements of the team are met. With multiple outlets in the Club, you will need to be able to manage and assist staff in various locations.
A flexible working arrangement is required as you will need to work on a rotating basis. Weekend and evening availability is essential.

What you’ll need to be Successful
- Previous experience in a similar role ideal
- Experience in 4 and 5* hotels
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A positive can-do attitude within the team
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Able to work autonomously
