RACV City Club is searching for a Permanent Part Time Spa Host to join our dedicated team that aims to ensure every experience is ultimate bliss.
As the Spa Host, you will provide administrative support to our Day Spa Therapists and Day Spa Manager. You will be stationed at the reception desk and be the first point of contact for clients as well as being responsible for processing payments, taking reservations, allocating therapists rooms and equipment and stock control.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is currently finishing off their qualifications in Beauty Therapy and is looking to get their foot through the door.

About the Opportunity
One Spa is a beautiful architecturally designed space, open 7 days week to our guests and the general public. One Spa has peaceful views of the water gardens, where guests can relax, unwind and retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
As our Spa Host, you will One Spa's first point of contact, greeting our guests and the general public face to face and on the phone. You will have an eye for detail, be super organised staying one step ahead to provide our guests & clients with exceptional customer service, a gentle, warm and friendly 5 star approach, making them feel relaxed, special and cared for. In this role you will be responsible for:
- customer service at reception answering the phone, take reservations, manage appointment availability, confirm bookings & processing payments
- preparing treatment rooms, equipment, folding towels & robes
- stock control, general back of house duties, managing lost property
- promoting One Spa products and services
- administration support to our Spa Manager and Spa Therapists
What you'll need to be successful
- Day spa/beauty reception experience in a 4/5 star hotel/resort or similar environment
- Exceptional attention to detail & can deliver superior quality customer service
- Strong administrative skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook and written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of a booking system, an advantage
- Ability to be organised, multi-task, prioritise & work in a fast pace environment
- Be reliable and work in an effective and supportive team environment
- Exceptional personal presentation & grooming
