A key part of the role will be menu and product development, where you'll have the opportunity to create innovative menus while finding creative ways to reduce costs without compromising on quality. Ultimately, you'll be responsible for service and quality control, ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality and consistently meets or exceeds our service standards
