About the Opportunity
Join Melbourne's award-winning RACV City Club and become an integral part of our dynamic Sales team. In this fast-paced and varied role, you'll provide essential support across conferences, events, accommodation and hospitality sales, coordinating proposals, contracts, client communications and sales activities. Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you'll help deliver seamless experiences while building strong relationships and contributing to the success of one of Melbourne's leading hospitality and events destinations.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales, you'll provide vital sales and administrative support, coordinating client enquiries, proposals, contracts and sales activities while helping to drive business growth and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate day-to-day administrative support and diary management for the Sales team.

Prepare proposals, contracts and sales documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Manage client enquiries across phone, email and internal referral channels.

Support site inspections, client events and sales activities to drive business outcomes.

Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from enquiry through to event delivery.
What you’ll need to be successful

Experience in a sales coordination, hospitality, meetings and events, or customer-focused role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
-
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
-
Confidence using Microsoft Office, with experience in Opera or similar CRM systems highly regarded.
