About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a part-time Front Office Receptionist, to join our team and welcome members with a warm and friendly smile. In this role, you'll be the face and first point of contact for RACV City Club. You'll be on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk. You'll be motivated and hardworking with the “can do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.

Day to day your key responsibilities will include the check in and out of members, processing payments, maintaining records, answering incoming enquiries, upselling products & services, assisting members with requests and information and work closely with other departments.
Full availability and flexibility is required to work a variety of shifts, on a 7 day rotating roster, between 7am - 11pm weekdays, nights, weekends & public holidays.

What you'll need to be successful
- Front office receptionist experience in 4-5 star hotel/resort highly desirable
- A professional face-to-face and telephone manner, active listening, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous face to face customer service experience, delivering a high standard of service
- Excellent administration skills, MS Office & Outlook, attention to detail, problem solving, organisational and efficient time management skills
- Be friendly, confident, self motivated, enthusiastic, display a positive attitude and excellent personal presentation
- Work well in a team environment, under pressure and with diverse groups of people
