About the RACV City Club

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our Bistro team on a full-time basis.

 

A day in the life

You’ll be an integral part of our Food & Beverage Operations as this is a service-oriented position. You’ll be leading a team of dedicated Food & Beverage professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests, daily.

We’re looking for someone who is adaptable and who has a ‘can-do’ attitude. As a leader, you’ll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for hospitality and the motivation to deliver an exceptional level of service to our guests.

The position is full-time, based on a 38-hour week and penalties are paid. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.

We’re looking for…

  • Previous supervisory/team leader experience in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment
  • A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service
  • Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage service procedures
  • A solid understanding of financial control
  • Knowledge of local food and wine producers
  • A valid Victorian RSA
  • Engaging, bright & friendly personality
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate your team
  • Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods (Christmas & New Year are essential)
  • Full working rights in Australia
