A day in the life

Our Food & Beverage Supervisor - Bars will be a key contributor to bringing our vision to life. We are looking for someone who will create a fun and professional work environment that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and quality.

You’ll work collaboratively with the Bars Manager to help us create a unique and memorable experience for all. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to grow your teams’ skills by delivering hands-on staff training and use your passion and enthusiasm for the industry to set a great example for your team.

We’re looking for…

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a boutique bar or high-volume bars.
  •  A passion for the beverage industry with a strong passion for whiskey and premium spirits. Knowledge of cocktail, beer and wine also required.
  • A genuine love of hospitality and driven to deliver quality service.
  • The desire to lead by example, learn and display initiative.
  • Victorian RSA essential, barista and other relevant hospitality qualifications highly regarded.
  • WSET training preferred
