About the Opportunity
We are seeking a casual Demi Chef to join our Conference and Events kitchen. This role suits a motivated chef who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering high quality food.
You will be part of a professional and supportive kitchen team that values consistency, teamwork, and a genuine passion for cooking and hospitality.
The venue operates seven days a week, so evening and weekend availability is essential. Rosters are aligned to business needs and offer variety across different services.
Conference and Events offers a dynamic working environment, ranging from small bespoke functions to large corporate events, with a strong focus on quality and consistency at every level.
What you’ll need to be Successful

Recognised culinary training or equivalent experience

Previous experience in an a la carte restaurant is ideal

A passion for cuisine with a strong focus on food quality and presentation

The flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and peak holiday periods
