About the Opportunity
You will be an integral part of our kitchen team. We’re looking for Chefs who can work in a fast-paced, high volume, a la carte kitchen. The successful applicant is someone that takes pride in what they do and genuinely love cooking.
Our chefs help to set the standards for the whole Food & Beverage Team by displaying a passion for hospitality and cuisine and the motivation to deliver an exceptional food experience to our guests.
We're open 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Evening and weekend availability is essential to be successful for these vacancies. You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.
In Conference and Events no two days are the same. From bespoke 20 pax events using the finest of ingredients to hosting large corporate events, the team pride themselves on the consistency that they produce every day.
What you’ll need to be Successful

Recognised culinary training or equivalent experience

Previous experience in an a la carte restaurant is ideal

A passion for cuisine with a strong focus on food quality and presentation

The flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and peak holiday periods
