About the Opportunity
As a Cook at RACV, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen during meal service. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you’ll deliver high-quality food and exceptional service to our customers.
We are seeking candidates who possess or are pursuing recognised culinary training and/or have relevant experience in a reputable restaurant. A strong focus on food quality and presentation is essential.
Join our team of passionate chefs! This position includes weekend and evening shifts, with a roster designed to accommodate the peak demands of our business.
What you'll need to be successful
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position
- A qualification in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent experience desirable
- Food safety certification
- Exposure to either banquets or a la carte venues ideally
- A passion for Victorian produce and seasonal menus
- The ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team
- A desire to develop among a driven & professional team
- The ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
