About the Opportunity

Our Bistro Kitchen delivers a diverse operation, from extensive buffet breakfasts through to a la carte lunch and dinner service, ensuring no two days are the same.
Working alongside experienced chefs, you'll play an important role in creating high-quality dining experiences for our members and guests. Your positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn will see you gain exposure to multiple sections and a broad range of cooking techniques.
