About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Officer, who is a Data Entry Superstar, to join our team at our Melbourne location. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our leisure division.
Key Responsibilities:

Performing all functions relating to accounts payable, including supplier onboarding, receiving, coding, processing invoices to ensure efficient payment of accounts

Performing all functions relating to accounts receivable, including checking and sending invoices, reconciling debtor accounts and monitoring & follow up overdue invoices

Reconcile daily takings and preparation of cash/cheque deposits

End of month preparation including prepayments, accruals and float checks
Other Administrative tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:
-
Minimum two years’ experience in accounts payable or receivable

Comprehensive understanding of financial information including accounts receivable, payable & cashiering

Qualification in accounting, finance or business, desirable

Outstanding Computer skills especially accounting software like SAP / Microsoft Office Suite

Strong analytical, numeracy and literacy skills, excellent time -management skills

Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

High attention to detail and ability to resolve problems
