About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals for Room Attendant roles, to help maintain our 5-star Resort. This role will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic and tidy environment throughout the accommodation and public area facilities of the property.

The role is focused on ensuring that the daily requirements are delivered to a consistently high standard. Key responsibilities will include:
- Perform housekeeping duties such as: dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins, cleaning baths/showers, changing linen, making beds, restocking trolleys and replenishing amenities.
- Daily distribution of resort amenities, delivery of linen and collection of dirty linen.
- Receive delivery of linen and amenities to storeroom, daily.
- Attend to guests’ requests in a timely manner.
Predominately, this position will work from 9.00am – 2.00pm. Housekeeping is perfect for parents juggling kids’ school and sport or for those that enjoy having the evenings to themselves. We are committed to ensuring that every employee has access to flexibility in their role.
What you’ll need to be successful
- The ability to perform repetitive manual tasks safely;
- Previous Housekeeping experience (desired however not required)
- Ability to adhere to strict timelines and working in a fast-paced environment
- A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work;
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to personalise a service
- Great work ethic and experience working in team environment
- Ability to work 3+ shifts (preferred)
