About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Porter to join our Front Office team at RACV Noosa Resort. With your positive “can-do” attitude and outstanding customer service skills, you’ll help deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

In this busy and varied position, you’ll be on your feet and actively engaged in providing 5-star service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay. Key responsibilities include:

Warmly welcoming and greeting guests on arrival

Assisting guests and groups with check in/out

Safely transporting and storing luggage, including heavy items
-
Delivering items to guest rooms as required

Offering recommendations on resort facilities, attractions, restaurants, and local events

Driving golf carts within the property
-
Collaborating with the Front Office and wider resort teams
This is a casual role with rostered shifts typically between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
What you’ll need to be successful

Previous porter/concierge experience in a 4–5 star hotel or resort (desirable)

Valid QLD Driver Licence (essential)

Local knowledge of the Noosa region, including attractions, restaurants, and events

The ability to comfortably lift 20kgs

Clear and professional communication skills

Strong teamwork skills and ability to engage with diverse guests
-
Self-motivation, confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
-
Excellent grooming and professional presentation
