About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Auditor to join our front office team. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the resort during the overnights 10pm-6am, checking in late arrivals ensuring a seamless guest experience, daily financial transactions, end of day reporting, handling issues or emergencies and customer service is consistently delivered to a high standard.

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include:

Oversee the night audit process, ensuring accuracy of end of day processes, daily revenue, transactions, payments collected, security and reporting

Facilitate guest check ins & check outs and provide information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities

Monitor, address and resolve overnight operational or guest issues and emergencies

Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guests needs are met

Conduct audits, identify improvements and implement
This is a permanent, part-time position, working Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Additional daytime shifts may be available if desired.
What you’ll need to be successful

Previous night auditor experience & knowledge in a front office 4-5 star hotel/resort environment

PMS experience, Opera preferred + Proficient in MS Office applications

Understanding of financial processes, information & data

High attention to detail, excellent administration and organisational skills

Current drivers licence

Hold or ability to obtain a Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card
-
Excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment
