RACV Inverloch Resort is the perfect place to recharge in comfort while reconnecting with nature. The Resort offers a wide range of accommodation from three bed villas with ocean view rooms to our Caravan Park that is surrounded by natural bushland. And we're looking for a Night Auditor to help make our guests' time with us exceptional.

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the RACV Inverloch Resort. In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk. You will be motivated and hardworking with the "can-do attitude" which will see you thrive in the role.


Your key responsibilities are to undertake the day-to-day duties associated with check in and check out of members, accommodation reservations, answering phone calls and assisting with requests and general enquiries.


We are hiring both casual & permanent part time role. You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands. Shifts will vary across a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We're looking for…
• Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort, Opera knowledge would be an advantage
• A desire to deliver a high level of customer service
• A professional face-to-face and telephone manner with exceptional communication skills
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• A high attention to details
• Team player and work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
