Great Things Start Here
Love meeting new people and creating a great first impression?
Join the Front Office team at RACV Inverloch Resort in a casual position where no two shifts are quite the same.
You’ll be one of the first faces our members and guests see, helping with everything from check-ins and bookings to questions about the resort and local area. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with people and being part of a busy resort environment.
About the Role
As a casual Front Office Receptionist, you’ll work as part of our team to provide warm, genuine service while helping reception run smoothly.
Your shifts could include:
-
Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out
-
Managing accommodation bookings, enquiries and guest requests
-
Answering calls and providing information about the resort, facilities and local area
-
Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
-
Promoting resort facilities, services and experiences
-
Working with other resort teams to respond to guest needs
-
Helping resolve guest queries in a friendly and practical way
-
Supporting general reception and administration tasks
As this is a casual position within a seven-day resort operation, flexibility is important. You’ll need to be available across a range of shifts, which may include weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
About You
You’re friendly, approachable and enjoy being around people. You can keep things organised when it gets busy and are always ready to help a guest or teammate.
You’ll bring:
-
Customer service experience, ideally within hospitality, hotels or resorts
-
A warm and professional approach
-
Strong communication skills
-
Good administration skills and attention to detail
-
Confidence managing different priorities
-
A positive and reliable attitude
-
Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster
Experience with OPERA or a similar hotel booking system would be an advantage, however not essential.
