Set in the beautiful Bass Coast region, RACV Inverloch Resort offers a relaxed coastal setting and a welcoming resort environment. With accommodation, dining, leisure facilities and events all on site, there’s plenty of variety and opportunity to be part of the complete guest experience.
We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team on a casual basis. Whether you’re serving in the restaurant, making coffees, pouring drinks or helping with functions, you’ll play an important part in making every guest feel welcome.
About the Opportunity
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll work across our food and beverage areas, providing warm and attentive service in a busy resort environment.
Your day could include:
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Taking orders and providing friendly table service
- Serving food and beverages
- Preparing and serving coffee
- Setting and clearing tables
- Processing orders and payments through the POS system
- Supporting restaurant, bar, café and function service as required
- Keeping service areas clean, organised and ready for our guests
- Sharing your knowledge of menu and beverage options
- Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and brings a positive, hands-on approach to their work.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous hospitality, food and beverage or customer service experience
- A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using, or the ability to quickly learn, POS systems
- An RSA certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Full working rights in Australia. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
