We're currently seeking a motivated and proactive Duty Manager for our front office department to join our friendly team on a permanent full-time basis.
A day in the life
As a Duty Manager, you’ll take ownership of the property in the absence of Heads of Department, ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience. You’ll lead the Front Office team, providing hands-on support while delivering friendly, professional service to guests and members at all times.
Working closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance, you’ll help ensure all rooms, facilities and services meet brand standards. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining the safety, security and overall presentation of the property.
This is a permanent full-time position, working across a rotating roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays to support business needs.

We are looking for

Previous Duty Manager experience within a Front Office environment (ideally 4-star or above)
-
A high attention to detail.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.

A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
-
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
