What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.

  • Menu planning and culinary planning

  • Lead and mentor a team of chefs, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Contribute to strategic planning aligned with business goals and budgets.

  • Maintain compliance with departmental policies and corporate objectives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven track record of leading a team prior and achieved success

  • Leadership skills to build a kitchen culture that thrives in the spotlight

  • Proven experience in fine dining venues

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Relevant culinary qualifications (Train the Trainer certification desirable).
