What you’ll be doing:

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.

Menu planning and culinary planning

Lead and mentor a team of chefs, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Contribute to strategic planning aligned with business goals and budgets.

Maintain compliance with departmental policies and corporate objectives.

Proven track record of leading a team prior and achieved success

Proven experience in fine dining venues

Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.

Relevant culinary qualifications (Train the Trainer certification desirable).
