About the Opportunity 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Houseperson team. This role will have a focus on preventative maintenance tasks within the scope of housekeeping.

We’re looking for… 
•    Previous Housekeeping experience (desired however not required) 
•    Ability to adhere to strict timelines and working in a fast paced environment 
•    A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to RACV members and guests
•    Strong attention to detail with the ability to personalise a service 
•    Great work ethic and experience working in team environment 
•    Ability to work a 7 day rotational roster including weekends and public holidays 

 

What you’ll need to be successful 

  • A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work; 

  • Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills; 

  • Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member; 

  • Ability to interact with our members and guests; 

  • The availability to work across a 7-day roster during the day; 

  • Experience in general cleaning including best health and safety practices and chemical handling techniques; and 

  • Be able to perform manual labour tasks.
