About the Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Houseperson team. This role will have a focus on preventative maintenance tasks within the scope of housekeeping.

Key responsibilities will include:

Pressure washing of driveways and pathways;

Outside room cleaning including balconies and tiles;
-
Drain clearing; and
-
other preventative maintenance tasks as required.
This is a casual position, working across a flexible Monday - Friday roster.
Available shift patterns (negotiable):

8.00am - 2.00pm; or
-
9.00am - 2.00pm
What you’ll need to be successful
-
A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work;
-
Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills;
-
Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member;
-
Ability to interact with our members and guests;
-
The availability to work across a 7-day roster during the day;
-
Experience in general cleaning including best health and safety practices and chemical handling techniques; and

Be able to perform manual labour tasks.
