 A day in the life

• Vacuuming, dusting, restocking of amenities and the overall maintenance and presentation of our public areas. 

• Public areas include leisure facilities, front of house restrooms, conference rooms, dining outlets, day spa and back of house areas.

• Linen delivery and collection from laundry.

• Ensuring adequate amenities and linen stock is always available.

• Assist attending to guest requests.

We’re looking for… 
•    Previous Housekeeping/ Public area cleaning experience (desired however not required) 
•    Ability to adhere to strict timelines and working in a fast paced environment 
•    A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to RACV members and guests. 
•    Strong attention to detail with the ability to personalise a service 
•    Great work ethic and experience working in team environment 
•    Ability to work evenings from 11:00pm – 6:00am on a 7 day rotational roster including weekends and public holidays
