A day in the life
The Maintenance Officer is responsible and accountable for maintaining the infrastructure, plant and equipment of the RACV property. The role is focused on ensuring that the day-to-day requirements are delivered to a consistently high standard and that the appropriate level of service to members, guests and visitors is maintained.
What we're looking for

Knowledge of facility maintenance service.

General building and equipment maintenance

Building services such as HVAC, essential services, aquatics (pools), building management systems and computer usage

Ability to manage time and resources.

Handyman skills e.g., carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing.

Literate in building management systems, and property databases.

Ability to quickly build a rapport and develop internal and external networks.

Ability to work well in a team or independently, performing active physical duties, including heavy lifting up to 20kgs

Current drivers license
