As our Head Chef you'll need to:
- Lead a team of talented chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
- Exposure to fine dining is essential
- Develop and implement innovative seasonal menus that showcase your culinary expertise.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and food safety.
- Maintain a strong focus on cost control and manage inventory effectively.
- Stay current on culinary trends and techniques.
We're looking for a chef who:
- Has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful menus.
- Hands-on leadership skills with ability to train and inspire a team.

- Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Possesses a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and consistency.
