A day in the life

The Gardener/Horticulturist is responsible for maintaining the gardens and revegetation areas surrounding the property (including the golf course) at RACV Healesville Country Club and Resort.

This will be achieved by carrying out work in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, in order to enhance the members, visitors and guests experience and ensure the appropriate quality and level of service is provided at all times.

What we're looking for…..

• Certificate or Diploma in Horticulture 
• Time management skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and tidiness around the Resort by performing general duties
• Ability to prioritise tasks with consideration to OHS requirements
• Show high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member and effective communication
• Carrying out work in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, in order to enhance the members, visitors and guests experience and ensure the appropriate quality and level of service is provided at all times
