The Role

We are seeking an experienced F&B Outlets Manager to oversee the operations of our food and beverage restaurant, bars, and Members lounge. You will ensure that the day-to-day activities and strategic planning for Banyalla, Members Lounge, Riddells Green and In Room Dining, are delivered to a consistently high standard, maintaining exceptional service for our members, guests, and visitors.

In this role, you will work closely with the Resort Manager to develop initiatives that achieve departmental, divisional, and corporate objectives, while enhancing member benefits and generating business opportunities. This is an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Food and Beverage leader to thrive in a 5-star resort environment, perfect for hospitality managers looking to further develop their skills.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a 5-star resort setting”
  • Extensive experience in staff management, including recruiting, rewarding, appraising, staff development & training.
  • Knowledge of budget and accounting procedures, including planning, forecasting, and controlling.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and resolve difficult situations.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and develop internal and external networks.
  • Promote morale and encourage teamwork.
  • Ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback on performance.
  • Develop, implement, and provide training to team members.
  • Excellent numeric, literacy, and memory recall skills.
