  • Managing labour, food costs, purchasing and budgets.
  • Maintaining exceptional quality, consistency and service standards.
  • Supporting refurbishment projects and helping shape future kitchen operations.
  • Building a strong and sustainable hospitality team within the local region.

About You

  • A passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams.
  • Experience balancing operational excellence with creativity and innovation.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Why Join RACV?

This is more than an Executive Chef role. It's an opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a growing resort, influence major operational improvements, and help shape the next generation of dining experiences in the heart of the Yarra Valley.
