A day in the life
You’ll be a valued part of our kitchen brigade, working across a variety of outlets and offerings, including buffet breakfast in Banyalla Restaurant, dining in Riddells Green, in-room dining, and large conferences and events.
Working alongside our senior chefs, you’ll take an active role in day-to-day kitchen operations, delivering service across multiple areas while maintaining quality and consistency.
We’re looking for a Demi Chef who takes pride in their work, brings a positive, can-do attitude, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment.
Our team works across shifts throughout the week, including evenings and weekends, supporting the flow of service and overall business needs.

We’re looking for…

Recognised culinary training or equivalent experience
-
Previous experience in an a la carte restaurant is ideal
-
A passion for cuisine with a strong focus on food quality and presentation
-
The flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and peak holiday periods
