Within the tranquil and picturesque surrounds of our Healesville Country Club guests can experience a truly unique culinary offering overlooking the stunning Mt Riddell.

We're seeking a truly driven foodie with a keen eye for detail and passion for their trade. Working under our Head Chef you will play a key role in bringing this exceptional offering to life.

A day in the life

You will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade. We’re looking for a Demi Chef who can work during a fast-paced, a la carte, banquets service and breakfast shifts who take pride in what they do and genuinely love cooking.

Our chefs help to set the standards for the whole Food & Beverage Team by displaying a passion for hospitality and cuisine and the motivation to deliver an exceptional food experience to our guests.

We're open 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Evening and weekend availability is essential to be successful. You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.

We’re looking for… 

  • Recognised culinary training or equivalent experience

  • Previous experience in an a la carte restaurant is ideal

  • A passion for cuisine with a strong focus on food quality and presentation

  • The flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and peak holiday periods

  • Full working rights in Australia
