RACV Healesville Country Club provides members and their guests with the perfect Yarra Valley retreat. All the main dining areas offer beautiful views over Mt Riddell and the Great Dividing Range. The Club boasts state of the art Conference and Events facilities that caters to every occasion with function rooms capturing specular views of the Great Dividing Range.
A day in the life
As an Administration Officer you’ll be supporting the admin department and be responsible for carrying out day-to-day task associated with the admin and accounting functions including invoicing and receipting.
On a typical day, you’ll coordinate general staff enquires and maintain our members data, feedback and files while ensuring all complaints are collected and resolved. You’ll be the first point of contact for all incoming correspondence with stakeholders.
This position is a permanent part-time with a minimum of 15 hours per week. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands, shifts will vary across a 7 day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We’re looking for…
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role desirable
- Previous experience prioritising and meeting deadlines
- Sound time management, planning and administrative skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel
- Full working rights in Australia
