A day in the life

As our Food & Beverage Duty Manager you’ll build, coach, and lead a team of motivated and diligent hospitality professionals who will deliver our members and guests a memorable experience.

You’ll be a strong people leader with a flexible yet nurturing and member-centric approach. We want you to bring your wealth of knowledge and experience to our team to manage all financial and operational aspects of our Three Founders Restaurant and Springs Bar & Terrance.

We’re looking for…

  • Experience in leading a Food & Beverage team in a 4/5* hotel or resort.
  • Prior experience in staff management, training, and HR practices.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience in budgeting, planning, forecasting & controlling.
  • Strong knowledge of labour costs and other expenses.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex issues.
  • The ability to build internal & external professional relationships.
