A day in the life
As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the RACV Cobram Resort. In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk.
Your key responsibilities are to undertake the day-to-day duties associated with check in and check out members, answering all calls and assisting with requests and general enquiries.
This role will involve having access to the afterhours phone to deal with guest enquires after 6pm, responsible for locking up various areas of the resort i.e. Swimming pool and manage after hours bookings coming in via email.
You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands, shifts will vary across a 7-day rotating roster in the afternoon/evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We’re looking for…
- Experience in a reception role is highly desirable
- Must be available Friday - Sunday
- Opera booking system knowledge would be an advantage
- A desire to deliver a high level of customer service
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- A high attention to details
- Team player and work well under pressure
